Summary

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Reservations associate is responsible to assist the Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 1 year work experience as Associate in either Reservation or Front Office. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
