Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content that engages and inspires our audience. Your expertise will help us showcase our products through engaging short films, ads, Instagram reels, and long-form content on YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production: Edit short films, promotional ads, Instagram reels, and long-form YouTube videos. Ensure that content aligns with brand guidelines and engages our target audience.

Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute compelling video content that reflects Flo Sleep Solutions’ values and goals.

Content Optimization: Edit videos with a focus on platform-specific requirements (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and ensure they meet performance standards.

Software Expertise: Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, DaVinci and CapCut to create and finalize video content.

Video Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the team to develop video strategies that align with ongoing marketing campaigns.

Quality Control: Review all edited video content to ensure consistency, brand messaging, and visual appeal before publishing.

Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest video trends across social media platforms and adapt strategies accordingly.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on short films, Instagram reels, and YouTube content.

Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, DaVinci and CapCut (preferred).

Strong understanding of social media content creation and optimization for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Creative, with an eye for detail and an ability to tell a story visually.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field (preferred).

Experience

1+ year of video editing experience (preferred).

Language Skills

English proficiency is preferred.
