**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Hindi language and literature to students as per the prescribed curriculum (Primary / Middle / Secondary, as applicable).
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities that promote interactive learning.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress regularly through class tests, assignments, and exams.
- Encourage students to develop a love for reading, writing, and speaking in Hindi.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and academic records as per school guidelines.
- Participate in school events, cultural programs, and Hindi-related activities (e.g., Hindi Diwas, poetry recitations, debates).
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support overall student development.
- Attend staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and professional development sessions.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Hindi with B.Ed. mandatory.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in a recognized school preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong language skills and a passion for teaching may also apply.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent command of written and spoken Hindi.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage students through creative and activity-based teaching.
- Commitment to school values, teamwork, and student welfare.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Classroom, etc.).

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
