**Job Responsibility**:
Prepare test solutions, compounds and reagents for laboratory personnel to conduct test.

Analyse all samples of raw material, packing material, in process and finished product to determine chemical and physical properties.

Adapt, maintain and operate analytical instrumentation.

Involve in procedure review and purpose modifications and updates.

Ensure work environment is clean and safe complying with safety and pharmaceutical regulation.

Prepare samples in accordance with standard operating procedures

Conduct analytical tests on starting materials, ingredients in-process samples and finished products, following specific protocols

Provide timely and high-quality data reports that document test results

Recheck out-of
- specification results, using alternative methods if necessary

Test products for long-term stability or stability under various conditions

Assist Writing/reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Calibrating analytical equipment, as and when required.

Supporting all QC activities.

Ensuring that procedures are carried out carefully and accurately to eliminate errors.

Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers.

Working with all members of staff to maintain and develop the positive progressive culture.

Observing and complying with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory practice.

Observing and complying with company Health and Safety Policies.

Observing and complying with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Undertaking any other duties, either for this department or any other department within the company, which may be requested by the HOD, for which training and/or an explanation has been provided and understood.

Accurately document data and test results in appropriate logbooks, notebooks or result sheets.

Assist in execution of IQ/OQ/PQ protocols for laboratory instruments.

Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as needed.

Prepare samples and documentation for submission to external test laboratories.

Assure accurate and timely input of QC data to information systems, databases and records.
