**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup**: Set up HMC machines by selecting tools, fixtures, and workpieces as per job requirements.
- **Program Loading & Adjustments**: Load and edit CNC programs to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- **Tooling & Calibration**: Select, install, and calibrate cutting tools and fixtures for efficient machining operations.
- **First-Part Inspection**: Verify initial component dimensions using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve machining issues such as tool wear, offset errors, and surface finish problems.
- **Production Optimization**: Work with engineers to improve machining processes and reduce cycle times.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure adherence to quality standards and conduct in-process inspections.
- **Maintenance**: Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure smooth operations.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HMC Setter in a manufacturing environment.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of CNC programming, tool selection, and machining parameters.
- **Blueprint Reading**: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T symbols.
- **Measuring Tools**: Proficient in using precision measuring instruments.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills for machine and tooling issues.
- **Material Knowledge**: Experience with different materials like steel, aluminum, and cast iron.
- **Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with CNC programming software (Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak, or similar).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
