**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Conducting Online Lessons**:

- Provide live, one-on-one or group tutoring sessions via video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Skype, Google Meet).
- Develop lesson plans based on students’ academic needs, learning goals, and curriculum guidelines.
- Teach and explain concepts in a clear, engaging manner using digital resources, such as slides, worksheets, and interactive tools.
- **Customized Learning**:

- Tailor lesson plans to suit individual learning styles and abilities, adapting to each student's pace.
- Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses to provide targeted support.
- Offer personalized feedback and progress reports to help students understand their learning improvements.
- **Homework Help and Assignments**:

- Assist students with their homework, assignments, and projects.
- Guide students through problem-solving processes and help them understand the underlying concepts.
- Provide additional practice materials or exercises to reinforce learning outside of tutoring sessions.
- **Monitoring Student Progress**:

- Track and assess students' performance regularly to gauge their understanding and improvement.
- Administer quizzes, tests, or assignments to evaluate learning progress.
- Share feedback and make recommendations for further study to parents or guardians if applicable.
- **Engaging and Motivating Students**:

- Maintain a positive and motivating online learning environment.
- Encourage active participation, questions, and engagement during lessons.
- Inspire students to develop a passion for learning and improve their academic skills.
- **Communication and Support**:

- Provide timely communication with students and their families regarding progress, challenges, and upcoming lessons.
- Respond to student queries or questions between sessions, offering additional resources or clarifications when necessary.
- **Technology Use and Maintenance**:

- Use digital tools (whiteboards, file sharing, learning management systems) to facilitate interactive learning.
- Ensure that students are comfortable with the platforms used for sessions, providing support if necessary.
- Stay updated on educational technology trends and use innovative tools to enhance learning experiences.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
