The Social Media Marketing Manager - FEMALE will be responsible for designing Spiky’s social media strategy, Performance Marketing (for Online & Offline marketing activities), and working with teams, both internal and external agencies, to bring it to life.

The person will be responsible for delivering measurable brand growth and build brand recognition through social media marketing and engagement with a key focus on building loyalty.

1. End-to-end ownership of Spiky’s social brand channels and strategy across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and others, including the execution of activations from concept to post-implementation analysis.

2. Work closely with the leadership team & local marketing teams to build a strong, locally relevant social media campaigns to drive high buzz.

3. Constantly iterate and maintain Spiky’s personality and social tone of voice to stay relevant to customers. Ensure consistent brand positioning, build recognition campaigns, and maintain tone of voice across all platforms.

4. Build and leverage local and cultural moments to make brand Spiky's Born Stylish culture more relevant to kids' parents

5. Liaise closely with content partners, influencers, and media agencies to plan and execute performance campaigns and measure its success

6. Collaborate and maintain close relationships with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across channels.

7. Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation, and affinity for the Good Seoul brand and its content.

8. Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings

9. Set and manage monthly and quarterly social media calendar along with interesting campaigns, apart from the regular posting, reporting, and sharing of performance updates

10. Be the business POC for social media customer servicing. Constantly improve processes to maintain a high bar on customer interactions and satisfaction

11. Work with platform partners to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices

Salary Range : - 4,80,000 to 6,00,000

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
