**Position**:Supervisor Grinding

**Job Location**: Vadodara

**Qualification**: Diploma in Mechanical

**Experience**:5- 10 Years

**Responsibilities**:

- Shift management activities in Fabrication Shop.
- Interface with technicians on Grinding/material issues.
- Provide Grinding support to Manufacturing, Engineering and the Field.
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning technician, accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems
- Responsible for maintaining the discipline in shop.
- Responsible for Fabrication KPI and continuous improvement activities for improving the departmental processes, productivity.
- Responsible for implementation OPEX methodology in Fabrication.
- Coaches and provides Training to shop floor employees for quality, processes and safety.
- Responsible for communication and Information sharing with workforce necessary to meet Goals
- Responsible for ensuring the quality and safety standard in Grinding shop.
