**Description**:
As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating compelling designs across various platforms, including web pages, presentations, signage, and marketing materials. You will work closely with different teams to understand their needs, translate ideas into high-quality visual content, and ensure all designs align with our brand identity. This role requires both creative flair and technical proficiency, with a focus on delivering effective and aesthetically pleasing designs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with multiple teams or clients to brainstorm and strategize on diverse materials, such as web pages, presentations, signage, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality designs that adhere to established brand identities.
- Develop concepts and execute designs using software or hand-drawn methods, optimizing color, text, fonts, imagery, and layout.
- Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, following best practices for content management systems.
- Stay updated with design trends and market knowledge to inform design decisions and classifications.

- Experience in photography and photo-editing software.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation from a recognized institute with a focus on graphic design or a related field.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in graphic design.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current design software and best practices.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
