Welder

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled **Welder** with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in **TIG welding and metal fabrication**. The role involves working on stainless steel components used in manufacturing or dairy processing equipment, ensuring high precision and quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **TIG welding** on stainless steel and mild steel parts
- Read and follow **technical drawings and fabrication layouts**:

- Assemble and weld components used in machinery or dairy equipment
- Ensure welds are **clean, accurate, and meet quality standards**:

- Carry out **basic quality checks** and make corrections as needed
- Maintain welding tools, equipment, and cleanliness of the work area
- Follow all **safety protocols** and quality guidelines during work
- Support the fabrication team to meet daily production targets

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in TIG welding and fabrication
- Familiarity with **stainless steel welding and food-grade finishes**:

- Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings
- ITI or Diploma in Welding/Fabrication preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or equipment fabrication is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
