- Our Principal Directors are qualified Solicitors and Immigration Lawyers with extensive experience in providing immigration services.

**This is a Work from Office Role and you are required to work in our Delhi office (410, 4th Statesman House, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110001**

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Maintain Clients Data of the Branch
- Receive Clients at the reception
- Guide them to consultation rooms
- Offer pleasantries, small conversations, and refreshments to make the wait time for the clients comfortable
- Help the Advisors and Documentation team in any follow-ups with the clients
- Assist the Advisors & Documentation team in organizing any data
- Manage the Administrative activities of the branch - like facilities, utilities
- Manage the HR-related activities of the branch - like collecting attendance, reports, etc as and when required
- Manage the Accounts related activities of the branch - like petty cash, bills submission, invoicing (if required)

**Experience** - 2 to 3 years of Experience
