**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** professionally and efficiently.
- Provide product information and resolve customer queries over the phone.
- Manage **front desk operations**, including welcoming visitors and maintaining a neat reception area.
- Maintain accurate records of **day-to-day orders** and assist in tracking deliveries.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment and updates.
- **Follow up on pending payments** with clients through calls and messages.
- Maintain registers, logs, and basic office documentation.
- Support sales and customer service operations as needed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent **verbal communication skills** in Malayalam and English.
- Polite, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
