**More about the role**:
Burson is looking for motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our Gurugram and Bengaluru team. As a Sales Intern, you will support the sales team in achieving their targets by assisting in lead generation, customer outreach, and sales process optimization. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in sales, customer relationship management, and exposure to industry best practices.**
**What you'll do**:
- Assist the sales team in identifying and qualifying leads through research and outreach.
- Support in preparing and delivering presentations to potential clients.
- Help maintain and update the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and performance analytics.
- Assist in drafting proposals and sales documentation.
**Experience that contributes to success**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, customer service, and business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and a quick learner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
