We are Hiring **3D Rebar Detailing**

**Qualification**
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Certification or training in Tekla Structures / Revit / AutoCAD (preferred).
- Knowledge of reinforcement detailing standards (ACI, BS, AS, IS, etc.).
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and structural systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and documentation skills.

**Roles & Responsibilities**

**1. Detailer (1-3 Yrs)**
- Create accurate 3D rebar models using software like Tekla Structures, Revit, or CADs RC.
- Extract and prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), shop drawings, and placement drawings.
- Interpret structural and architectural drawings for rebar detailing.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ACI, BS, Eurocode, etc.).
- Coordinate with engineering teams for technical clarifications (RFIs).
- Meet project deadlines with attention to detail and modeling accuracy.

**2. Checker (3-6 Yrs)**
- Review and verify 3D models and 2D drawings prepared by detailers.
- Check BBS accuracy and conformity with design and client specifications.
- Ensure error-free shop drawings before client submission.
- Provide feedback and corrections to the detailing team.
- Conduct quality assurance audits and documentation.
- Maintain version control and drawing revision tracking.

**3. Team Leader (6- 10+ Yrs)**
- Manage and lead the detailing team to deliver projects on time and within quality standards.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team productivity.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and design engineers.
- Implement best practices and workflow optimization.
- Conduct training and mentoring for junior detailers and checkers.
- Handle project planning, reporting, and technical escalations.
