Customer Operations Executive

**Overview**:
The Customer Operations Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of customer-facing processes within the organization. They are responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving and communication, ultimately contributing to the company's success and growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and requests
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and operational performance
- Implement and maintain customer service standards and policies
- Assist in training and onboarding new customer operations staff
- Participate in customer outreach initiatives to gather feedback and insights
- Contribute to the development of customer-centric strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and maintain customer data accuracy and confidentiality
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer operations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as required
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement activities
**Required Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer service or customer operations role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of customer relationship management principles
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and techniques
- Ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and market dynamics
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
