**Role Overview**

We’re on the lookout for a **Telecaller & Marketing Executive** with **3+ years of experience** who’s ready to bring energy, enthusiasm, and a sporty spirit to our marketing team. If you can talk the talk, engage customers like a pro, and create buzzworthy campaigns, we want you on our team.

**Your Role on the Team as a Telecallee**
- Reach out to sports academies, venues, and schools to introduce Shareplay and our winning solutions.
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships over calls.
- Set up product demos and meetings with the sales team like a seasoned playmaker.
- Handle client queries like a pro, resolving concerns and ensuring they’re excited about Shareplay.
- Keep the CRM system updated with your daily hustle - leads, follow-ups, and wins.
- Create a led generation database, research the market for prospects, customer needs, and opportunities to score big.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education**: Graduate in any field (Marketing or Business background is a plus).
- **Experience**: 3+ years in telecalling, marketing, or customer engagement roles.
- **Languages**: Fluent in **English, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi** - because we play across all fields
- **Skills**:

- Top-notch communication skills - you know how to win people over.
- Experience in lead generation and building client relationships.
- A knack for organizing, multitasking, and staying ahead of the game.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing strategies is a bonus.
- Most importantly, a sporty attitude and passion for the job

**Salary**: ₹25,000-₹35,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
