3D Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Graphic Designer with proficiency in 3D Max to join our dynamic team in the Wedding Design & Decor industry. As a 3D Graphic Designer, you have the opportunity to translate creative visions into reality and contribute to the most cherished moments of our client's lives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- **3D Visualization**: Utilize your expertise in 3D Max to design and produce highly realistic and visually stunning 3D renderings of wedding decor concepts, stage designs, table settings, and venue layouts.
- **360° Layouts**: Design 360-degree panoramic layouts of wedding venues, showcasing the decor from multiple perspectives, allowing clients to explore the spatial arrangements and design elements virtually.
- **Virtual Reality (VR) Experiences**: Develop interactive and immersive virtual reality experiences, allowing clients to step into their wedding venue virtually, interact with decor elements, and make informed decisions about design choices.
- **Design Conceptualization**: Collaborate with the Client Service team to develop innovative and visually stunning design concepts for various wedding decor elements, including invitations, signage, backdrops, table settings, and more.
- **Print and Digital Design**: Design captivating graphics for both print and digital platforms, such as invitations, save-the-dates, event programs, social media assets, and website visuals.
- **Branding and Identity**: Create cohesive visual branding solutions that reflect the couples' personalities and styles, ensuring a consistent and enchanting wedding experience from start to finish.
- **Mood Boards and Presentations**: Create compelling mood boards and visual presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and obtain client feedback.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the Client Service, Production Manager, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of graphic designs into the overall wedding decor setup.
- **Technical Expertise**: Demonstrate a deep understanding of 3D modeling techniques, texture mapping, lighting, and animation to bring designs to life in a captivating and interactive manner.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and ensuring the delivery of high-quality 3D and virtual reality assets.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of the latest advancements in 3D design, virtual reality technologies, and related software tools to continually improve and expand our capabilities.
- **Adaptability**: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working with different design styles, themes, and aesthetics to cater to diverse client tastes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 3D Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional **3D Max design work**.
- Proficiency in **3D Max software** for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including **Adobe Creative Suite **(**Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign**).
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong knowledge of print production processes and requirements.
- Excellent artistic skills, including sketching, illustration, and digital artistry.
- Creative flair and a keen eye for detail, ensure that every element of the 3D designs contributes to the overall aesthetic.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
- Passion for weddings, events, and design trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Salary**: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
