The PR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the company’s public relations efforts by managing the coordination of various PR projects, events and initiatives. He/she will work closely with the PR team, as well as other departments, to ensure that communication efforts are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and manage content for the organization’s website, social media(YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and other digital channels(Google Page and Google Sheets)

2. Create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing.

3. Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.

4. Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, journalists and other influencers.

5. Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.

6. Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts.

7. Liaise with designers and printers and organize photo shoots.

8. Maintain and update different architectural awards and magazines.

9. Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.

10. Develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme).

11. Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.

12. Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.

13. Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities.

14. Provide festivals and event celebrations post for Employee portal to HR Department.

15. Conduct research on industry trends to form PR strategy.

16. Manage and Update media lists and editorial calendars.

17. Monitoring and tracking media coverage of the organization or client, and providing regular reports to management.

18. Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams as needed.

19. Assist in planning and execution of special events and promotions.

20. creating of PR reports and presentations.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Public relations: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
