**Patient Assessment and Monitoring**: Conduct thorough assessments, monitor vital signs, and respond quickly to any changes in the patient’s condition.
- **Medication Administration**: Administer prescribed medications, including IVs, and closely monitor patients for potential adverse reactions or side effects.
- **Implementing Treatment Plans**: Work alongside doctors to develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on the patient's needs.
- **Life-Saving Interventions**: Provide immediate care for critical conditions, including advanced life support, resuscitation, and emergency procedures.
- **Equipment Management**: Operate and maintain ICU-specific equipment, such as ventilators, cardiac monitors, and dialysis machines, ensuring proper functioning at all times.
- **Documentation**: Accurately document patient progress, care activities, and changes in condition to ensure thorough records for continuity of care.
- **Patient and Family Education**: Communicate with families, explaining the patient's condition and care plan, offering guidance, and providing emotional support.
- **Infection Control**: Adhere strictly to hygiene and infection control protocols, especially with ICU patients, to prevent hospital-acquired infections.
- **Collaborative Care**: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, respiratory therapists, and other nurses, to provide holistic care.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated with ICU nursing standards and attend training to enhance critical care knowledge and skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
