**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Install and maintain electrical equipment such as compressors, spray guns, motors, SRP/gondola, DG, and dryers used in painting works.
- Ensure proper power supply arrangements for painting machinery and tools. Manage electrical panels and distribution boards.
- Lay and secure wiring and cables to prevent hazards and ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and repair electrical issues in painting machines and other electrical tools.
- Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and regulations at the site.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment to avoid downtime.
- Perform minor mechanical repairs on painting equipment like spray pumps and mixers.
- Assist in assembling and disassembling machinery during project mobilization or demobilization.
- Work closely with the painting team to ensure all electrical and mechanical requirements are met.
- Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and equipment usage.
- Identify potential hazards related to electrical and mechanical works and implement corrective actions.
- Be prepared to handle electrical emergencies and ensure quick resolutions.
- Maintain logs for repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with painting teams to ensure smooth equipment operations.
- Inspect and repair mechanical components of SRP and Gondola machines.
- Install, maintain, and repair Rope Suspended Platforms (SRP)/ Gondola machines and motors.
- Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for electrical systems.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI in Electrical (OR) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Mechanical.

**SKILLS**:

- Proficiency in operating and maintaining electrical tools and machines.
- Understanding of safety norms and practices.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems in painting equipment.
- Expertise in SRP and Gondola motor systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical abilities in electrical and mechanical domains.
- Electrician Certificate is CE, AICTE, CART (Optional)
- Problem-solving ability
- Knowledge MS Office
- Excellent leadership skills.
