- Contact potential clients to promote real estate properties through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about properties and services.
- Schedule site visits and follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions and progress.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, or the regional language.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively.
