**Role: Payroll & Operations Executive**

**Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Attendance and Leave Management**:

- Track daily attendance for all employees, including drivers, security guards, housekeeping staff and onsite workers etc.
- Manage leave balances and approvals in line with company policies.

**2. Payroll Processing**:

- Manage end-to-end payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of salaries, full and final settlements.
- Calculate wages, including overtime and deductions, for onsite and contract-based employees and full-time employees.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely salary disbursement and full-and-final settlements basis policy guidelines.
- Responsible to solve any queries regarding salaries. Ensure salary slips are issued on time monthly.

**3. Compliance and Regulatory Filings**:

- Being updated with changes in payroll regulations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns, such as PF, ESI, and other relevant contributions.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with payroll and labor law compliance vendors for adherence to regulations and timely filings.

**4. Vendor Liaison and Documentation**:

- Liaise with vendors for the hiring of drivers, security guards, and housekeeping staff.
- Oversee the collection and filing of necessary documents from vendor-supplied personnel.
- Ensure all vendor contracts and employee records are up to date and compliant with company policies.

**5. Team Supervision and Coordination**:

- Supervise drivers, security guards, and housekeeping staff, ensuring they meet attendance and performance standards.
- Conduct regular check-ins and manage scheduling for team members.
- Address any issues related to payroll, attendance, or compliance for direct reports.
- Handle grievances related to payroll, PF, PT, TDS, and other compliance matters from team members.

**6. Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain payroll records and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Manage and update Mediclaim details for all employees.
- Responsible for issuing appointment letters, increment letters, relieving letters etc
- Support data requirements for HR projects and reporting needs.

**7. Operations Support**:

- Ensure smooth operational execution by managing workforce attendance, shift allocations, and scheduling.
- Work closely with HR and administrative teams to optimize workforce efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll and operations efficiency.

**8. Accounts and Financial Coordination**:

- Assist in the reconciliation of payroll with financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary budgeting and forecasting.
- Manage expense tracking related to payroll, employee benefits, and operational costs.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors for outsourced staff and compliance services.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to payroll, statutory payments, and operational expenses.
- Handle TDS calculations and deductions in compliance with tax regulations.
- Work with auditors during financial audits and compliance checks.
- **Qualifications**_**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance
- 6-7 years of experience in payroll processing, compliance
- Familiarity with Labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience in vendor coordination and workforce management.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR/payroll software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
