**Job Title: BFSI Trainer**

**Location**: Assam, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Tripura, Jharkhand, Haryana

**Job Type**: Full-time Contractual / Project-based

We are seeking an experienced **BFSI Trainer** on a contractual basis to conduct training programs in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance. The trainer will be responsible for delivering sessions, creating content, mentoring learners, and ensuring participants gain practical industry knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct classroom/virtual training sessions on BFSI concepts.
- Prepare training material and assessments.
- Mentor learners and evaluate performance.
- Ensure training aligns with industry and compliance standards.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of BFSI domain (Banking, Insurance, NBFCs, Financial Services).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Training delivery and mentoring experience.
- Certifications like NISM/IRDAI/TOT preferred.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in BFSI or training roles.
- 4-5 years any Domain experience
