**Job description** **Responsibilities of MIS Executives**:

- Generate and distribute DATA in an accurate and timely manner from HR Software.
- Up-to-date current MIS Reports and improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Gather data from multiple sources. generating reports on a periodic basis.
- Improve Reporting system for internal communication.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team.
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Working in HR software will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of EXCEL formulas like VLOOKUP, Match Pivot Table.

**Requirements of MIS Executives**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or similar.
- Experience managing big data.
- Attention to detail and excellent diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and management skills.
- Must be confident and Passionate.

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
