Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment and hiring tasks, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers

2. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires

3. Assist with organizing and coordinating fundraising efforts for Suvidha Foundation's social campaign

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant and employee information in the organization's HR database

5. Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed

**Requirements**:
1. Currently enrolled in a college or university program in human resources or a related field

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills

3. Detail-oriented and organized

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

5. Passionate about social causes and making a positive impact in the community

Note:
1. Deliverables: Upon successful completion of the internship, the intern will receive a completion certificate and a letter of recommendation

2. Duration: This is a part-time, work-from-home internship that will last for one month

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per team handling).
