Acadmic Officer

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Education Officer (Inside Sales)** to join our team in Noida. The role involves promoting and selling UG/PG online courses to prospective students, helping them make informed decisions about their academic futures. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for education and a flair for sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively explaining course offerings, benefits, and career prospects.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through consistent effort and communication.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and enrollments in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on course details, admission processes, and industry trends to provide accurate information.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum **6 months of experience** in sales, inside sales, or a related field.
- **Excellent communication skills** with a persuasive and confident approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: ₹30,000 to ₹32,000 (in-hand)
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week
- **Work Timings**: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
