**Duties & Responsibilities**
- 2Years Experience in Amadeus, GDS.
- Effectively communicate company policies and procedures
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Stay up-to-date on all upcoming events and promotions
- Cross-train in other areas of the box office or front of house as needed
- Handle customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Diploma or Graduation
- 3-4 Years Experience in Ticketing.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Amadeus: 2 years (preferred)
