**Work Responsibilities**:

- Timely and accurate entry of day to day accounting operations in tally & ERP.
- Perform bookkeeping, general ledger functions.
- Reconcile vendor balances. Make appropriate corrections in vendor accounts.
- Timely clearance of all payments as per agreement and payment cycle.
- Assist marketing, service and sales team in collecting payments from customers.
- Ensure all Government Dues, Payment & Returns are paid as per stipulated time.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for the management.
- Planning & Conducting Internal Audit as per QMS.
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Responsible for preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and validation of daily report, monthly report, annual report & MIS. [& all the records of the division]
- Assuring that all the activities are executed as per the SOPs as defined in QMS.
- Providing proper training to the staff regarding the SOPs & Applicable Statutory & Regulatory Compliances.
- Creating a good working environment in the plant including Standard waste disposal, Housekeeping & hygiene.

**Required Skills**:

- Accounting skills, negotiation skills, computer skills, organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of tally and other ERP software, Filling of returns, GST and other statutory norms.
- To work in pressure, detail oriented, good with numbers.

**Required Qualification & Experience**:

- B. com or M. Com
