Civil Forman

**General Role**: Responsible for day-to-day supervision of civil works, ensuring construction activities are executed safely, on time, and as per drawings/specifications. Acts as the site-level coordinator between engineers, contractors, and workers.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- **Work Execution & Supervision**:

- Supervise all civil activities (concrete, masonry, finishing, retrofitting, foundation, structural works) in assigned areas.
- Ensure work is executed strictly as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Manage and take productivity of Supply Labour

- **Resource & Workforce Management**:

- Allocate and monitor manpower, subcontractors, and work gangs for productivity.
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of tools, scaffolding, shuttering, and lifting equipment.
- Report shortages of materials/equipment to the site engineer or store keeper in advance.
