**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, events, and initiatives.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative assets such as graphics, videos, and written content for digital channels.
- Assist in managing the hospital's website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and optimal user experience.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital marketing for healthcare organizations.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing digital marketing files, updating databases, and preparing reports.
- Contribute innovative ideas and suggestions for improving digital marketing strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact in the community.

Duration and Compensation:

- This is a paid internship position.
