**About the job**

This is a key role in the post-production process, and your skills can determine the quality and delivery of the final product. Edit photographs and videos using the latest industry software for optimum results in digital and print media. Enhance videos by editing raw clips, adding watermarks, trimming down dull moments, adding subtitles, etc.

Work closely with Marketing and other departments to ensure designs are aligned with the company's communication objectives. Assist in photo and video shoots if required.

**Roles and responsibilities:

- Developing a brief, and maybe an outline of footage and/or a shot list, script, or screenplay in collaboration with the team.
- Inputting uncut rushes and sound, and synchronizing and storing them into files on the computer
- Digitally cutting the files to put together the sequence of the film and deciding what is usable
- Creating a 'rough cut' (or assembly edit) of the program/video and determining the exact cutting for the next and final stages
- Reordering and fine-tuning the content to ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of the video
- Design digital and print materials including social media marketing creative, web pages, brochures, marketing materials, signage, digital magazine-style layouts, PowerPoint presentations, banner ads, website graphics, and other assigned projects as the needs arise.
- Create design work utilizing WordPress and the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Photoshop.
- Promote our creative culture through educating, inspiring, and developing the group's skills and determination to execute great interactive work.
- Hands-on experience in designing Digital Campaigns (digital ads, EDMs, animated displays, and social media posts
- Strong illustrative skills, or moving images, to include in video or animation
- Passion for, and experience in, driving a mobile-first approach in design.
- Conceptualize, create, edit, and design relevant and engaging content to use across our social media and digital channels.

**Requirements**:

- At least a bachelor's degree or higher with a good command of the English language is necessary.
- Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic designing & video editing
- Creative individual who is proficient in Editing and Mixing Audio and Video (Multi Camera Shots)
- Proficiency in OpenShot, FinalCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator
- History of compelling videos that have been edited and published
- Understanding the science and art of video editing to uncover unique perspectives
- Familiarity to work on other social media websites such as Youtube, Vimeo, Medium, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Quora
- Outstanding ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/CMS/WordPress or front-end web development experience is a plus.
- Extensive experience in B2C digital, web, digital magazine-style layouts, and print design is a must.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills. accuracy and attention to detail.
- An understanding of the latest trends and their role within the B2C tech and media space.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and set and meet deadlines.
- Excellent graphics production skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Outstanding ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/CMS/WordPress or Front-end web development experience is a plus

**Job Type**: Full time

Working Hours: 8 hours ( Monday to Saturday )

Job Mode: Onsite

Job Location: Coimbatore

**Salary**: 18 K to 20 K / month based on experience, skills, and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
