Entertainment, Show Runner

**:
Role Overview:

- Event Management qualified.
- Expertise in managing shows and events of a large scale.
- Experience of 4-5 yrs as a Showrunner.
- Ability to run the entire show from start to finish.
- Responsible for shows of Cafe24 / Xmas / New Year and also all other shows being organized in Della Resorts.
- Co-ordination with Performers for their costumes & Green room requirements /arrangements.
- Keep a track of wear & tear of Costumes.
- Monitor ambient lighting arrangements and settings.
- Be responsible for the screen and background lighting for the event.
- Be aware of and have understanding of the Entertainment Standard Operating Procedures.
- Will also be responsible for running shows related to DLC / DLP
- Reporting to Entertainment Manager w.r.t staff queries /leaves /attendance management or any other Entertainment staff matters.

**Job Expectations**:
COMPERE (ENGLISH)
- Should have qualification in Public speaking.
- Excellent command over English language
- Should be able to interact with guests in a professional way
- Handle the shows professionally from start to end
- Responsible for shows for 5 days a week in Café 24 /
- Services of Compere will also be used in other outlets wherever there are shows in Della Resorts.
- Services will also be used for all other events of DLP /DLC or at Della Towers

Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Show Runner or in a similar entertainment leadership role.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
Strong creative vision and the ability to bring ideas to life.
Proficiency in planning and executing live shows and events.
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements:
Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or adventure industry is preferred.
A charismatic personality with a flair for public speaking and hosting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Minimum Job Experience**: Proven experience 4-5 years as a Show Runner or in a similar entertainment leadership role
