**Purpose**: To manage all sites related contracting & budget negotiation and site payments

**Responsibilities**:
Negotiates contracts ,study Budget and milestones with sites within defined parameters for clinical trails and observational studies. Support resolution of contract issues. Escalates contracts and budget issues to Sponsor legal or Pricing group and study management as appropriate. Support contracting with local vendors. Leads review of the budget template with Regional Clinical Trial Manager for country feedback on fair value and schedule template. Stores and archives contracts and budgets in appropriate systems. Manage and process payments related to all clinical trails contract in the financial and payments systems. Ensure the spending is with the approved contract budgets and perform ongoing and/or end of the study contract budget reconciliation with the Regional Clinical Trial Manager. Support the Regional Clinical Trial Manager in extracting payments status/report. Set the financial data, raise purchase orders and handles the appropriate entries/requests into the relevant financial and payments systems. Maintain payments records and provides assistance with the Audit review records
