Sales Representative

A **Junior Sales Representative** is an entry-level sales professional responsible for supporting the sales team in generating leads, building customer relationships, and closing deals. Their primary role is to learn sales techniques, develop communication skills, and contribute to achieving the company's sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior sales representatives in managing client accounts.
- Maintain customer databases and track sales progress.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and presentations.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
