**Working Hours**:Monday to Saturday

**Salary Package**: Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 25,000/

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Follow up daily on finish approvals and delivery confirmations with relevant regions(Pan India).
- Dispatch confirmed deliveries and submit final reports to the Assistant.
- Regularly update the delivery report for accurate tracking.
- Plan and coordinate vehicles for both delivery and purchase needs.
- Update LR numbers for all shipments.
- File delivered estimations and maintain held-up estimations region-wise.
- Maintain proper records of local delivery challans (DCs).
- Monitor daily packing preparation for deliveries and ensure follow-up.
- Track shipments and share updates with the concerned gallery and executive.
- Check brochure stock and report updates to the SAT team.
- Keep transport rate files updated for DTDC, Bluedart, and One Day Transport.
- Arrange vehicles for outstation requirements such as shows, urgent deliveries, and big projects.
- Ensure daily vehicle maintenance is carried out and recorded.
- Prepare and submit a monthly expense report.
- Handle petty cash and manage delivery-related vouchers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
