**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries from website, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
- Guide customers with product details, pricing, customization options, and delivery timelines.
- Maintain strong follow-up with potential customers to close sales.
- Coordinate with the production & logistics team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports of sales performance.
- Contribute ideas for online sales growth and customer engagement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Any graduate (degree/diploma). Freshers can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in **English, Malayalam, Hindi** (mandatory).
- Confidence in handling customer interactions via phone, chat.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in e-commerce and online sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
