**Your key responsibilities**

We are looking for bright, curious, passionate people who enjoy being challenged by complex problems. As a UX designer, you are expected to be detail-driven, self-driven and keen to learn and develop your skills while exploring the opportunities available at MSCI.
- A key part of your role would be to conceptualize ideas that bring user friendliness to complex design challenges.
- You will be required to rationalize and justify design work and advocate for all types of user’s needs.
- Responsibilities may vary depending on the team/product you are working with.
- We have opportunities across design research, low & hi-fidelity design, prototyping, usability testing and design governance.
- A proportion of your time will be spent on your direct projects while you also contribute to our global design standards and practices.

**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- You have 1+ years of focused experience in User Experience Design
- You can work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with adequate design and time-management skills.
- You are aware of best practices and methodologies in User Centered Design
- You have working knowledge of any of the leading digital design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
