1 MO is In-charge of Corporate Health Centre and supervises all activities of Medical Room.

2 To attend to all employees visiting Medical Room and assess, classify, and document detailed history, and based on this, give treatment.

3 In case of medical emergencies inside the office, MO gives First Aid treatment and try to stabilize the employee and refer to nearest hospital for tertiary care.

4 If the disease is identified to be communicable in nature MO takes due precautions to isolate the employee and do through contact tracing.

5 In case of reference to nearest hospital, Medical Room staff helps in getting the admission process smooth by contacting the hospital for such arrangement.

6 MO helps in Audits and compliance management. MO makes sure that nursing staff maintain all health records in proper formats.

7 MO provide Fitness certificates.

8 The MO based on monthly analysis of data collected from day-to-day visits of the employees identify employees who need special attention and do follow up with such employee and treat them holistically.

9 MO makes sure that all medicines are properly stocked, and all equipment’s are in working condition.

10 MO takes care of training of nursing staff to upgrade their skills. MO also trains employee on First aid and other safety norms.

11 MO visit workstations of employees regularly. They observe how employees are working, their posture, their environment and give recommendation on correct posture to do the job.

12 MO also helps in Travel Advisory and vaccination when required.

13 MO acts as a link between the client and Tata 1MG
