**Overview**:
We’re seeking a proactive and creative Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing strategies. This role is crucial in enhancing our online presence and effectively promoting our products and services to engage our audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategy Development**: Assist in crafting impactful digital marketing strategies to strengthen customer connections.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee and enhance the company’s presence on platforms like Twitter, Facebook, and more.
- **Advertising Campaigns**: Design and execute targeted ads on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook to boost brand visibility.
- **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Contribute to SEO efforts, including keyword research and content/image optimization.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers to improve user experience and drive engagement.
- **Performance Tracking**: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness and refine strategies.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
- **Vendor Relationships**: Manage partnerships with media agencies and external vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- **Knowledgeable**: Strong grasp of digital marketing concepts and current best practices.
- **Data-Driven**: Analytical thinker with critical evaluation skills.
- **Communicative**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; strong interpersonal skills.
- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
