**The Royal School of Hotel Management (RSHM)**

Founded in 2016, our Hospitality school aims at providing an enriched and diverse learning environment for students aspiring to join the hospitality and tourism industry. Located in the metropolitan city of Bangalore, RSHM is able to provide its students great connections with national and international hospitality brands.

**What are we looking for?**

Keeping our values in mind, we are looking for abled instructors that are passionate and experienced in the hospitality industry. Our students come from various backgrounds and this can often be challenging for first time instructors. We require a confident instructor and mentor for this young hospitality aspirants.

Our faculty play a vital role in maintaining the college standards so we require a professionalism in the way duties and tasks are carried out.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Conducting theory and practical classes
- Completion of the portions for the semester within the prescribed time period
- Conducting oneself in a professional manner and being punctual to the classes based on the set timetable
- Formulating and correction class tests whenever necessary as well as examinations for the end of the semester.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Abel to speak one or more South Indian languages
- Hospitality diploma or degree
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Hospitality Industry (preferred, not a must)
- Basic teaching and training skills (preferred, not a must)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 9 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Bengaluru - 560043, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
