**Job Description: Assistant Marketing Manager (Diagnostic Lab)**

**Position Overview**: We are looking for an energetic Assistant Marketing Manager to lead our 360-degree marketing efforts, including offline health camps, event promotions, social media, and partnerships. This role is essential for increasing brand visibility, driving client engagement, and expanding our marketing network.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Health Camps & Events**:

- Organize and promote health camps and events to boost brand visibility and community engagement.
- Coordinate event logistics and ensure impactful turnout and lead generation.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create and manage content on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance engagement.
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies to grow our online presence.
- **Channel Partner Development**:

- Establish and maintain partnerships with healthcare providers and clinics for expanded reach.
- Drive collaboration and manage relationships with channel partners.
- **Co-Marketing Campaigns**:

- Develop co-marketing strategies with partners to reach wider audiences and increase service visibility.
- Evaluate and improve campaign performance based on results.
- **Market Analysis & Brand Promotion**:

- Conduct market research to refine strategies and strengthen brand awareness across all channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years in marketing, ideally in healthcare.
- Strong event, social media, and partner management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,979.38 - ₹30,646.65 per month
