**Purchase Executive (Civil)**

**Company: Team Taurus**

**Education**: Any Graduate (B.Tech will be a plus)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing and Buying**: Identify and purchase goods, materials, and services to meet company needs.
- **Construction Item Buying**:Have knowledge about construction items, conduct thorough research to identify reliable suppliers and vendors.
- **Stock Maintenance**: Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
- **Record Keeping**: Create, maintain, and update records of orders, payments, and inventory. Making PO.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate deals with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for the company.
- **Cost Reduction**: Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction in procurement processes.
- **Vendor Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure effective collaboration.
- **Market Trends**: Forecast and analyze market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Client Specifications**: Ensure all purchases adhere to client specifications and requirements.
- **Networking**: Utilize excellent networking skills to enhance supplier relationships and market knowledge.
- **Time Management**: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any Graduate or B.Tech degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field is a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software tally is a plus.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market data and trends effectively.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel.
