**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Pick up and deliver items to customers safely and efficiently.
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
- Handle items with care to avoid damage.
- Verify delivery information, such as names, addresses, and contact numbers.
- Collect payments or obtain signatures when required.
- Follow traffic laws and maintain a clean driving record.
- Keep vehicle (if provided by company) clean and in good working condition.
- Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and management as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license (2-wheeler/4-wheeler, as applicable).
- Own vehicle (if required by the employer).
- Familiarity with GPS devices or mobile navigation apps.
- Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive deliveries.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
