**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Newtech Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. in Faridabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience in sales, preferably in the medical devices or pharma industry**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- **Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events**:

- **2 wheeler**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,550.16 - ₹37,369.16 per month
