**Job Title**: Revit Draughtsman / Modeler - Mechanical (Industrial Refrigeration)
**Location**: Ambernath

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed **Revit models** of industrial refrigeration systems including:

- Machine rooms
- Cold stores
- Valve stations, pipes, cable trays, ducts, supports, vessels
- Create **Revit families** from datasheets, CAD STP files, PDFs, and manufacturer specs
- Generate **BOQ and schedules** using Revit data
- Prepare **drawings and sheets** in Revit as per project requirements
- Export deliverables in various formats**:RVT, DWG, PDF, NWC/NWD, 3D DWFX**:

- Collaborate and communicate with project teams via **Microsoft Teams**

**Requirements**:

- **Proficiency in Autodesk Revit** - Mechanical modelling is essential
- Strong experience with:

- **Piping and mechanical systems**:

- **Revit family creation**:

- **Sheet and schedule management in Revit**:

- Good command of **spoken and written English**:

- Ability to interpret **technical datasheets and 3D CAD files**:

- Experience with **industrial refrigeration systems** is a plus (preferred, not mandatory)
- Minimum **2 years of relevant experience**:

- Salary based on last drawn salary**.**
