Tgt Maths Teacher

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver comprehensive mathematics lessons that align with curriculum standards and educational objectives.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Develop and implement assessments, including quizzes, tests, and projects, to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them in setting and achieving academic goals.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
- Utilize technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences, such as interactive whiteboards, educational software, and online resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, share best practices, and coordinate interdisciplinary activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress, behavior, and academic performance.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with developments in mathematics education and instructional strategies.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to classroom management, safety, and student discipline.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Previous teaching experience, particularly in secondary education, is desirable.
- Proficiency in mathematical concepts and techniques relevant to the targeted grade levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage students and build positive relationships.
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed academically.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Knowledge of educational technology and willingness to integrate it into teaching practices.
- Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude towards challenges in the teaching profession.
- Certification in CPR and first aid may be required, depending on school policies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
