We have an urgent requirement for Commi 1, 2 Job Location : Kolkata. Minimum Experience : 2+yrs Reports to : Sous Chef

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors

2.Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings items Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary Plates meal items under the chef de parties supervision Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
