**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Education**:
Master’s degree (MSc or M.Tech) in Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.

**Experience**:
**3 to 5 years** of relevant experience in research and development within the **construction chemicals and coating industry.**

**Technical Skills**:
Strong knowledge of construction chemicals, including admixtures, coatings, sealants, and adhesives.

Proficiency in laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and analytical methods.

Familiarity with industry standards such as ASTM, ISO, and EN.

**Soft Skills**:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Other Requirements**:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
