**About the Team**
This team works specifically on Processing Invoices and query handling for the expense and trade, for the 3 regions i.e., US, Canada & RONA. They need to ensure Implementing invoicing procedures, handle generic mailboxes, tracking volume details, reviewing, analyzing, and processing invoices.
- Team also support in maintaining the databases to track special handling & overnight request. We also Manage client requests and invoice related queries receiving from vendors and requestors.
- **Job Summary**:

- Tracking, reviewing, analyzing and processing invoices.
- Defining invoicing data types and maintaining databases.
- Managing client requests and queries.
- Verifying tax information’s.
- Assisting with past due or denied invoices.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Core Responsibilities**:

- Experience in processing Invoices.
- Knowledge of accounting databases and tracking the regular activities.
- Prioritizing the aging and urgent requests on regular basis.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to review invoices and verify tax information. Knowledge on the tax computation for US & Canada.
- Good organizational and communication skills.

**Years of Experience**:

- A minimum of 0-6 months' experience in a invoice processing.**Education Qualification & Certifications (optional)**

**Required Minimum Qualifications**:**Skill Set Required**

**Primary Skills (must have)**
- Attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Should be able to handle pressure.
- Should have basic understanding of Retail.
- Should have experience and knowledge in invoice processing.

**Secondary Skills (desired)**
- Knowledge in MS Access Database
