Hello Folks,

We are looking for dynamic professionals who can give assistance to US-based companies through Cold Calling. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

*This job is based on a Fixed Salary + Hight Ticket Incentives based with no target.

**The major roles & responsibilities include: -**

1. Make calls to given data within the timeframe.

2. Provide the correct information to the customers.

3. Enter details into the Sheets.

4. Provide product/service information by answering questions; and offering assistance.

5. Maintain the database by entering and verifying information; updating the contact log.

6. Improve quality results by recommending changes.

7. Keep on updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities & training programs.

8. Add value to the organization by his/her behavior & performance.

9. Do regular Follow-ups with the Maintained Prospect Sheet.

10. Generate Leads during the Clod calling process as much as possible.

**Requirements**:

- Very Good proficiency in English is required
- Good comprehension skills
- Very Good visualization skills
- sound knowledge of technology ( Website, software, etc.)
- only US-based holidays will be given

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and presentation skills

**Shift Time**:

- 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Mon
- Fri (UK/US Process)

**Salary**: Fixed will be 6K -8K around + Good Incentives Based on achievement(1K - 30K Based on work done)

**Selection will be based on the Cv getting shortlisted and Interview rounds.**
